Some of the most common questions we get from our clients and community are about our customer care process. So we wanted to provide the full run-down on what you can expect as an AGO client, from start to finish:

Step 1: Getting in touch with our project experts

Whether you are someone who is thinking about their next renovation project, are in the middle of a renovation project, or you’re shopping around for quotes and your next design team– our teams work with all kinds of clients at various stages of their renovation projects.

The first step is to reach out to our team and a project consultant will be able to help you get started. We can be reached Monday to Sunday at:

Some helpful info to include would be your:• Name and city of potential project

• A few sentences about where you are in your renovation, whether you are starting from scratch or are in the middle of an ongoing project!
• Tell us a bit about your ideas/goals. Do you want to renovate your bathroom, kitchen, work on storage solutions i.e walk-in closets, etc?
• Some times and dates we can reach you

Step 2: Free Initial Project Consult

Once we get your info on our end, you will receive a call from our team to do an initial 15-20 minute phone assessment to see how we can help you become a part of your dream project.

At AGO Kitchens, transparency and efficiency are at the heart of our values, so we make sure to be upfront about our potential collaboration. If we are unable to help you due to reasons like location, budget, or if it’s simply not a project service we may offer, we would be happy to help refer you to other great companies.

Step 3: Measurements followed by a 360 Presentation with our Head of Design and Founder

After setting up a time that works for you and our team, our specialists will pay a visit to your home to take measurements. The goal here is to record dimensions, understand your current obstacles, and plan for an accurate estimate for the following installation and project.

Our presentations are not just about presenting ideas and getting your approval – we take this step to heart, to listen to your concerns, any new ideas, and especially to go over the less fun stuff (budgeting & finances).

Step 4: Starting Our Project

After going through the presentation with our clients and making any necessary revisions and modifications, once we have budget and timeline finalized – we get started right away!

During this process, you can expect to work closely with our team on-site as well as through communication over phone and email, throughout the process. We do our best to accommodate each clients’ different needs at different times, but we will always have at least one team member available for any urgent or pressing matters.

With your permission, we also like to document the process together with our marketing team, capturing before and after shots, as well as setting up a professional photoshoot once the project is finished. We love to showcase our projects so if you are interested in a feature post or even getting in touch with design magazines or media, we have a great community of journalists and friends in production with whom we sometimes do collaborations with.
