About Ago Kitchens
Ago Kitchens is a kitchen remodeling contractor serving homeowners in Owatonna, Minnesota, and nearby communities. Customers who hire Ago Kitchens sign their remodeling agreement directly with Ago Kitchens.

Using the Site Does Not Create a Contract
Browsing the Site, calling us, or receiving information or an estimate from us does not create a contract for remodeling work. Ago Kitchens performs remodeling work only under a separate written agreement signed by you and Ago Kitchens. That agreement, not these Terms or the Site's content, sets out the scope, price, schedule, and other terms of your project. If anything on the Site conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Read your agreement carefully before signing and ask about anything you do not understand.
Estimates and Project Scope
Work with Ago Kitchens follows these steps: your call, an initial project discussion, an on-site consultation, a written estimate, a written agreement, and then the start of work. Any estimate we provide is based on the information available when it is prepared. Conditions found during the project, changes you request, and your final selections can affect the scope and price. The final scope and price are set out in your signed written agreement, and changes are handled as described in that agreement.
Accuracy and Availability of Site Content
We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but content may contain errors or become out of date, and we may change or remove it at any time. Information about service areas, services, and availability on the Site is not an offer or a guarantee that we can take on a particular project. The Site may occasionally be unavailable.
